I originally subscribed to color happy for coloring pages for myself. I printed them off and then my daughter saw them and immediately took them. Next, my son wanted his own. Here's the kicker..he spent FOUR hours just sitting at the table coloring Friday night and then another four to five hours throughout the day Saturday coloring all the pages! It was crazy and amazing! He was so focused and so content just coloring for hours! Thank you and I cannot wait until next months! ❤️
I just wanted to share something with you since you're the reason I smiled a little today.. My son was recently diagnosed with Crohn's disease. He's been in pretty bad shape and was in the hospital. As a mom, you can understand the stress and anxiety that comes about when your kiddos are even just a little unhappy or feeling under the weather. So a hospital stay was extremely anxiety producing to say the least. I happened to bring some coloring pages with me. I can't tell you how rejuvinated we both felt after a quiet activity that we could do together and brought our stress level down. These are more than coloring pages. They are a way to help us feel calm when everyone and everything around you is in chaos. They are a way to connect when your too tired for words and they are an escape when you need to shut out life and reality for a little while. Thank you for all that you do. I can't say it enough. Your Color Happy pages couldn't have come at a better time. I am a high school teacher and I was on my prep period and decided to print out the pages for this month. Right then, I had a student that needed to talk and work through some issues. She was nervous and having anxiety. I offered her the pages to color while she was talking to me to help break that barrier. It was AMAZING. She opened up and as she left, asked if she could take them with her to do at home.
