1. Getting Started

Color Happy can be accessed from your radandhappy.com account. If you haven't made one, create an account now with the same email address you used to purchase Color Happy. Once you're logged in you can go to "My Color Happy" to view and download your pages.

 

If you don't see your pages in your account right away, it's because your account is being set up and can take a moment to load. If it's taking too long, please reach out to us so we can help you.

2. Managing Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account at radandhappy.com and clicking on the Manage subscription menu item.

Updating your payment method

If your credit card expires or your payment fails, there are two ways to update your payment method:

Updating Shop Pay

If you subscribed using Shop Pay, you can manage your subscription from your Shop pay account in the shop app, clicking on your profile and going to Subscriptions.

Updating your credit card

If you subscribed with a credit card, you can add a new card in your radandhappy.com profile. When you add a new card your subscription will automatically update.

3. Want to Gift Color Happy?

We have a separate gift product for gifting Color Happy. When you subscribe to Color Happy, the pages go to your account and there's no way to give your subscription to someone else.

I purchased a Color Happy gift, now what?

You should receive an email with a coupon code that you can give to the gift recipient. They can then add the Redeem Color Happy Gift product to their cart and enter that code at checkout.
