Shipping policy

Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it. We will do our best in any case to locate any lost orders but we only have access to the same tracking information as the customer.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends. We aren't responsible if your package arrives outside the shipping timeframe. Shipping time doesn't start until your order is fulfilled. Please allow an additional day or two as we prep your order for shipment. 

Shipping Protection

Rad & Happy is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen shipments, or shipments marked as "attempted delivery".

We want you to enjoy the products you order from Rad & Happy and we do everything in our power to make sure they arrive in pristine condition. We have upgraded our shipment materials to protect our products as much as possible. However, we have no control over how shipments are handled by the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages

For packages lost in transit, please wait at least 7 business days since the last tracking update in the US, or 14 for international. For items that are marked delivered but aren't present, we ask that you wait 7 business days since the delivery date for U.S. customers, and 14 days for international. Often tracking is incorrect and shows delivered a few days before it actually is. You can contact us anytime, we may ask you to wait a few days if your claim is filed early. We do not offer refund or reimbursement for shipments that arrive outside of the estimated delivery dates, even if you paid upgraded shipping. We can't control or guarantee transit times.

Duties, VAT and other taxes

Economy international shipping does not include international taxes, duties, VAT or other fees as regulated by foreign governments. We take no responsibility for customs/import charges. If you are unaware of the current policy for your state of residence, please contact your local customs office.

Customers who do not wish to pay customs fees for any reason after your order has been placed cannot be refunded as the items may not be sent back. 

By ordering you agree to accept any import or customs charges for your order. 

International Express (Taxes & Duties included) includes duties and taxes.

 Domestic customers

Domestic customers within the United States will pay for shipping based on order weight and the types of items in the order.  Orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Carriers:

Standard Shipping - Orders selecting this method will ship using UPS, USPS, Fedex or DHL, depending on your location and order weight. Transit times are generally 4-7 business days not counting the weekend. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

- DHL Economy 4-7 Business Days - When your order contains only bound paper (planners, journals, etc.), we ship your order via DHL SmartMail Bound Printed Matter. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

- Fedex 2 Day Air - As described in the name, transit time is 2 business days shipped via air. Business days do not count the weekend. Transit times are not guaranteed, nor will Rad & Happy provide refunds for delays in shipping as it is out of our control.

We do our best to fulfill your orders in a timely manner, but once the package leaves our warehouse, we have zero control over transit times. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

International customers

International Economy - This method is shipped via DHL and does not include customs, import fees, VAT, etc. You will be responsible for any fees incurred during import.

International Express (Taxes & Duties included) - This shipping method ships via DHL includes any taxes and duties required for import. 

Can I cancel an order that was placed before it ships?

Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee order cancellations once an order has been placed. Most orders ship out the same or next business day, and our email response time is typically within 48 hours, so there's a good chance your order will have already shipped before we see your request. If you'd like to request a cancellation, reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. But please understand that we may not be able to catch it in time.
