How do I update my Payment Method?
The easiest way to update is to check your subscription portal to find out if you're using Shop Pay or a credit card. Just click to "View your full subscription portal" link to access it.
Note: We are upgrading our subscription management experience. If your portal has been upgraded, you will be able to update your payment method from the portal itself. Just enter the new credit card and you're all set. You can even retry the failed payment after you update your card.
If you don't see this option follow the instructions below:
Go to your full subscription portal and find your payment method, then determine if you are on Shop Pay or not.
If using Shop Pay, you can easily update your payment method via the Shop App.
If using a credit card, you can add the new payment method to your profile and then check back to make sure your subscription is updated to use the new card instead of the old one.
My card was declined, did I miss this month's Really Awesome Doodles?
Nope! You'll need to update your card and then the payment will automatically retry each morning. After the 5th failure, your subscription will be cancelled. Follow the directions in our other FAQs to update your payment method.
I updated my card but my payment is still failing, help!?
If you added a new payment method, your subscription should have updated automatically. But it's worth double checking that the old payment method isn't still selected:
Visit your subscription portal by logging into your Rad & Happy account and visiting your Manage membership page. Click on "View your full subscription portal".
If your payment method is Shop Pay, you'll need to visit the Shop app (shop.app) and make sure your subscription is using the correct card.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
