Refund policy
Returns
Physical items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unopened, and include all original packaging, tags, inserts, etc. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Scratch & Dent products are final sale only, meaning these cannot be returned for any reason.
If you purchased free returns with Redo, you will receive a shipping label free of charge. To start a return via the Redo portal go here:
If you did not purchase free returns with Redo, you can still use the portal to initiate a return and purchase a shipping label. However, if you are shipping back planners or journals, we recommend you check prices for USPS media mail. Media mail is a cheaper service for books and printed media.Â
If returned items are not in new and unused condition, you will not receive a refund. If you are purchasing your own shipping label, we recommend insuring your return shipments as we are not responsible for damage during return shipment.
When items are marked "Return to sender", we are charged the postage. That postage will be deducted from your refund. It's cheaper for you to purchase a label.
Please do not ship returns without using our portal. If returns are shipped back without using our portal, it may cause long delays in getting our refund.
Can I cancel an order that was placed before it ships?
Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee order cancellations once an order has been placed. Most orders ship out the same or next business day, and our email response time is typically within 48 hours, so there's a good chance your order will have already shipped before we see your request. If you'd like to request a cancellation, reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. But please understand that we may not be able to catch it in time.
What if my item(s) were damaged, lost or stolen during shipping?
Please refer to our shipping policy. Rad & Happy is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. For unprotected shipments, you should file a claim directly with the carrier who delivered your package. Click for instructions for DHL, UPS and USPS.
What if my item(s) have product defects not caused by shipping?
Please email [hey at radandhappy.com] pictures of the defects as well as the shipping packaging to ensure it wasn't a shipping issue. Refunds for defects not caused by shipping will be determined on a case by case basis.
Refunds for Digital items
All digital sales are final and will not be refunded for any reason. For subscriptions, please see our Subscription policy.
Incorrect Address auto-filled at checkout
If you use a third party payment service (Apple, Shop Pay, Google, PayPal, etc.) sometimes the incorrect address will be auto-filled at checkout. Please double check your shipping address before finalizing your order as we are not responsible for shipping to the incorrect address do to auto-fill errors.
Items marked as delivered but never arrived
If your item was marked as delivered but never arrived, you can reach out to us and we'll get you a replacement. For U.S. customers we will wait 7 business days from the delivered date before replacing your item. This gives time for the item to arrive in case the tracking was incorrect. For international customers we will wait 14 business days from the delivered date.
