SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased free shipping & returns, you'll get a free label. If not, please purchase a label and ship it back. For more info, see our Returns Policy.

Returns must be made through our returns portal.
Where is my order?

Once a shipment leaves our warehouse we have no ability to intercept, re-route, or speed up delivery. For more info about shipping, please see our Shipping Policy.

Really Awesome Doodles (formerly Color Happy)

Why did you switch from Color Happy to Really Awesome Doodles?

Color Happy was always something that I believed in with my whole heart. Coloring is usually the first time kids feel like artists and feel that creative spark inside of them. After years and years of seeing kids go from coloring, to adding their own additions to the coloring pages, to using different mediums, and to drawing their own, I am so stoked to finally add the next piece and have a name that fits the whole vision. The coloring, creating, and everything in between. 
What is the difference between Spark and Studio?

Spark includes 15 coloring pages and a PDF for printing. Really Awesome Doodles Spark was originally Color Happy.

Studio is a new tier that includes additional skills videos and coordinating printables. For example, June 2026 included a video on watercoloring, one on drawing twisted leaves, and a video with for parents that includes tips for dealing with frustrated little artists.

These videos were also paired with a PDF that included:

  • A Studio Lingo page where you learn more about an art-related topic
  • A Really Awesome Artist page to learn about a great artist
  • A RAD Studio Recap page to summarize the main points from the watercoloring video
  • And an instructional page that teaches how to draw a twisted leaf.
How do I update my Payment Method?

To update your payment method, simply visit your subscription portal. Find your active subscription and click "Edit subscription".

From there, you can find the section called "Payment method" and click "Edit". You should be able to add your new card.
My card was declined, did I miss this month's Really Awesome Doodles?

Nope! You'll need to update your card and then the payment will automatically retry each morning. After the 5th failure, your subscription will be cancelled. Follow the directions above to update your payment method.

You can also retry the failed payment from the portal. In the section called "Billing Schedule" you can see your past orders. The order that failed will have a "Click here to retry this payment". Click that and wait a few minutes for the order to process.
I updated my card but my payment is still failing, help!?

If you added a new payment method, your subscription should have updated automatically. But it's worth double checking that the old payment method isn't still selected:

Visit your subscription portal, find your active subscription and click "Edit subscription." Find the section called Payment Method and verify the correct card is selected. If not, click "Edit" and select the correct card or add the new one.
How do I change my Really Awesome Doodles Plan?

You can upgrade from Spark to Studio or downgrade from Studio to Spark from your Really Awesome Doodles portal.

Upgrading

If you're on a monthly Spark plan, you'll be prompted to pay the difference between Spark and Studio as a one-time upgrade fee. This will upgrade the current month to Studio and set your subscription to renew as Studio next month.

If you're on a yearly Spark plan, you'll be prompted to pay the difference between Spark and Studio for each remaining month in your yearly subscription. This will upgrade the current and remaining months to Studio. Your plan will then renew on the Studio plan on your next renewal date.

Downgrading

For customers on Studio plans, we don't offer refunds. So when you select a Spark plan, your subscription will change immediately, but the price change won't take effect until your next billing date.

For monthly subscribers that means you'll renew next month at the lower Spark price.

For yearly subscribers that means once your year is finished, your plan will renew at the lower Spark price.
Can I gift Really Awesome Doodles?

Yes! Currently we have gifting for Spark. We are working hard to get gifting for Studio working. You can gift Spark here.
How do I redeem a Really Awesome Doodles Gift?

To redeem, you should have received a code from the gift purchaser. If you are the purchaser, you should have received an email with the code after your purchase. Check your promotions and spam folders. It can take a few minutes to arrive.

If you have your code, you can add the Redeem Really Awesome Doodles Gift to your cart and enter the code at checkout.
I accidentally purchased multiple subscriptions! Help!

Do I need to purchase BOTH Spark and Studio?

Nope! The Studio tier also includes all the coloring pages from the Spark tier.
How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, visit your subscription portal, click "Edit subscription" on your active subscription. Once there, you will find the "Cancel subscription" button near the top of the page.
