SHIPPING & RETURNS

Yes, we accept returns in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased free shipping & returns, you'll get a free label. If not, please purchase a label and ship it back. For more info, see our Returns Policy.

Returns must be made through our returns portal.

Once a shipment leaves our warehouse we have no ability to intercept, re-route, or speed up delivery. For more info about shipping, please see our Shipping Policy.

COLOR HAPPY

If you pay for Color Happy using Shop Pay, you'll need to update your payment method in the Shop Pay app or website.

Once logged into your account, you'll need to access your account settings. From there you should see any recurring payments. Click on Color Happy or click on View All to find it.

Once you find Color Happy, there should be an "Edit Payment Method" button. Enter your new card details and click "Update". You should be good to go.

Nope! You'll need to update your card. If you're using a credit card (not Shop Pay, for Shop Pay see our other FAQs), click Manage Subscription from your My Color Happy page. Find your subscription and click "Manage". Then next to Payment Details, click edit. This will trigger an email from Shopify so you can update your payment method. However, make sure to come back to your subscription portal and select the new payment method, otherwise it will still be set to your old payment method.

The system will automatically try to charge you every day until it fails 4 times, at which point your subscription will be cancelled. But don't worry! Even if that happens, you can simply re-purchase the subscription like you're brand new and it will continue where you left off.

The system will attempt to charge your card again in 24 hours. Once your card info is corrected and the charge goes through, you will receive your Color Happy files.

Shop Pay Instructions

From the Shop Pay website log into your account. Once logged in click your profile icon and go to Settings.

From there, you should have landed on your Account page. There should be a section called "Recurring Payments". Click on your subscription or find it by clicking "View All".

At the bottom of your subscription details, there is a button that says "Edit Payment Method". Add your new card and click "Update".

You should be good to go now!

If you pay by credit card (not Shop Pay, for Shop Pay see other FAQs), once you update your card, you'll need to come back to manage your subscription and select the new card, otherwise it will continue to charge the old card.

Find your subscription by going to My Color Happy > Manage Subscription. Find the active subscription and click "Manage". In the Payment Details section click "Edit". From there, select your new card.

Yes, you can purchase the Color Happy Gift here. You will receive an email with a coupon code. Forward that email to the gift recipient and they will be taken straight to checkout with free color happy ready to go.

To redeem a gift, you can click on the email that was forwarded to you. If you don't have the email, go to the Redeem product and add it to your cart. In checkout, enter your gift code in the promo code box.

If you are a new subscriber, you'll need to create an account using the same email you purchased with. Once logged in, go to My Color Happy. It can take a few minutes after you purchase for your pages to show up.

Don't right click and press save (on desktop) or long-press on mobile. To download, just click or tap once and it should initiate the download. On mobile devices you may get a pop up asking you to confirm the download.

If you right click or long press, you'll be downloading the thumbnail and it will be blurry when you open it.

When you sign up for Color Happy, you get the pages for the months you are charged. Subscribers can purchase past monthsas well.

Pages may take a minute or two to show up in your account. Try a few refreshes and if after a few minutes you still don't see them, please send an email to hey@radandhappy.com.

Heck Yes! If you see kids really enjoying them and want to pass the word to their parents, I would crazy appreciate it. Also each teacher needs their own subscription. We only ask that you don't distribute the digital files to anyone else.

To cancel your Color Happy subscription, log into your account and click on My Color Happy. From there, you can click on Manage Subscription. Here you can find the option to cancel your subscription.

For 12 month prepaid subscriptions, cancelling will not refund the remainder of your subscription, it will simply prevent it from auto-renewing.

No, Color Happy is not refundable. Once your card is charged your files are delivered immediately.

Refunds will only be given if you were double charged or some other error happened. We are not responsible for canceling your subscription, so reaching out to us isn't enough to get a refund if we don't cancel your subscription in time. You have full control over your subscription from your account.

MY ACCOUNT

You will enter your email address and password by clicking on the account icon button in the top-right corner of the home page. "My Account" will appear once you are logged in.

If you purchased a digital download, make sure you create your account with the same email addressed you used to purchase.

Digital products will be accessible from your Rad & Happy account. Please create an account using the same email you used when you purchased.

Once logged in, Color Happy can be accessed via the My Color Happy link.

Other digital downloads like fonts or goal trackers will be under My Digital Downloads.

Online classes can be found under My Classes.

If you are using an email provider like Outlook, Hotmail, or a school (.edu) or government provided email, our emails are likely being blocked as spam. Please add hey@radandhappy and tara@radandhappy.com to your safe sender list. If that doesn't work, send us an email and we'll reply with your activation link.

ONLINE CLASSES

Log into your account and click on the "My Classes" link. This will take you to a page that lists all classes you have purchased.

If you purchase a class, it will be associated with your email address. You can reach out to hey@radandhappy.com and we can move the class to the recipient's account. Or to make it easier, buy one of our gift cards.

For the Lettering & Doodling classes you don’t have to have an iPad. I always recommend starting with pen and paper. The iPad is another tool you can use. But the class can be done on either one.

FONTS

How to Install Font on a Mac:

1. Double click on .ttf file

2. Click “Install Font” 

3. Restart any programs you want to use font in 

4. Use in any program you can type in

Unfortunately no, Google doesn't allow uploading of custom fonts into Drive.

Personal Use can be used in classrooms, for personal coloring pages, gifts, valentines, etc. 

Commercial Use must be purchased to use the font for anything business-related, for example: using the font on products, on anything you are going to sell, or on anything that promotes your business in any way (i.e. Instagram, personal blog).
