For Color Happy you can log in to your account, click on My Color Happy, and then click Manage Subscription. For all other purchases, reach out to us and we'll send you an email with a link to update your payment info.

If you need to update your information on your account, please click on the account icon in the navigation bar. Please know order information cannot be edited once orders have been placed – this  includes email, shipping address, shipping service, and order contents.

Customers who live in the following states will have sales tax listed at checkout as a separate line item: CA, AR, UT. These taxes are imposed by the state on the purchase of goods and services and are not limited to Rad & Happy. The applicable rate is set by each state respectively.

Please read all terms thoroughly before agreeing to purchase via the Preorder system. Once added to the Preorder list for a subscription (waitlist), you have agreed to purchase that particular item. Any cancellation of a Preordered item will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee, unless a different amount is stipulated in the terms of the agreement. All preorders are non-refundable. Discounts may not be applied to preorder items.

Your credit/debit card will be billed when you start your new subscription, then you will be billed on the 1st of each month for your recurring subscription between midnight and 7 AM Pacific time.

If you placed multiple orders we are unable to combine them. Our warehouse ships orders out super fast. You can always reach out and see if your order is still cancellable (if it hasn't shipped).

You will enter your email address and password by clicking on the account icon button in the top-right corner of the home page. "My Account" will appear once you are logged in.

Because we migrated Rad & Happy to a new website back in March of 2021, your old account needs to be re-created on the new website. Once you create your account, your past digital purchases will link up so you'll still have access to Color Happy and Classes if you purchased them. If you create your account and are still missing classes or don't see your Color Happy subscription, it's likely you purchased those items under a different email address. If you don't have access to your old email address, reach out to customer service and we'll take good care of you.

When we migrated Rad & Happy to a new website in March of 2021, we had everyone re-create their accounts. If you re-create your account and still don't see your items, you probably used a different email. Try creating your account with the email you used before, or reach out to customer service if you don't remember or no longer have access to your old email account.

If you are using an email provider like Outlook, Hotmail, or a school (.edu) or government provided email, our emails are likely being blocked as spam. Please add hey@radandhappy and tara@radandhappy.com to your safe sender list. If that doesn't work, send us an email and we'll reply with your activation link.

Yes, you can purchase the Color Happy Gift here. You will receive an email with a coupon code. Forward that email to the gift recipient and they will be taken straight to checkout with free color happy ready to go.

To redeem a gift, you can click on the email that was forwarded to you. If you don't have the email, go to the Redeem product and add it to your cart. In checkout, enter your gift code in the promo code box.

Your subscription is active but you haven't created a login to access it yet. You can create your login account here.

They are digital files that you can print out as many times as you would like! Aka no fighting over who gets what page, no worries about messing up because you can always start over, and enough for everyone. You can also color them digitally. I use the app called Procreate on my iPad and I’ll talk more about that in other questions.

If you go to radandhappy.com and look in the top right corner, there with be an icon of a person that will take you to your account. There you will find your files under that menu in “My Color Happy”.

iPhone/iPad on Safari:

- Tap on your Color Happy digital file.

- A popup will appear with the options "View" and "Download".

- Select "View". This will open the full-res image.

- Long-press and tap "Add to photos". The file is now stored in your photos app.

- If you pressed "Download" instead of "View", tap on the Safari downloads icon (circle with arrow pointing down). You will see the file listed there. Tap the file. It will open in your browser. Tap the Share icon (box with up arrow) in the bottom left corner. Scroll down and select "Save Image". The image is now stored in your photos app.

iPhone/iPad Chrome:

-Tap on your Color Happy digital file. It will open the full-res image in the browser.

- Long-press the image and select "Save Image". The image is now stored in your photos app.

On Android in Chrome:

- Tap on the coloring page. You will either see a popup asking you where you want to save the file, or it will automatically download to your downloads folder.

- Open the "Files" app on your phone or tablet and go to the "Downloads" folder. You should see the page in there.

Computer:

-Click on your Color Happy digital file. It will download automatically.

-Depending on your browser will depend on where your file will save. It usually will be saved to a “Downloads” folder.

-Click to open either PNG or PDF files. PDF works best for printing and coloring, PNG works best when you’re uploading to your iPad or tablet to digitally color.

When you sign up for Color Happy, you get the pages for the months you are charged. Subscribers can purchase past months as well.

We recently migrated our subscription to a new platform. This usually happens because your subscription was either associated with a different email address, or your email address was misspelled. Try creating an account with the correct email or contact us and we will get this squared away for you.

At this time gift cards are not able to be used for Color Happy purchases. We are hoping to make this available in the future.

Nope! The system will attempt to charge your card again in 24 hours. Once your card info is corrected and the charge goes through, you will receive your Color Happy files. Unfortunately, we are unable to force the charge to happen sooner. Note: after 4 (four) failed payment retry attempts, your subscription will be cancelled.

Pages may take a minute or two to show up in your account. Try a few refreshes and if after a few minutes you still don't see them, please contact us.

Heck Yes! If you see kids really enjoying them and want to pass the word to their parents, I would crazy appreciate it. Also each teacher needs their own subscription. We only ask that you don't distribute the digital files to anyone else.

How to use:

Make sure you're logged into your Rad & Happy account. Add the items you want to your cart. Enter the code COLORHAPPY5 at checkout.

To cancel your Color Happy subscription, log into your account and click on My Color Happy. From there, you can click on Manage Subscription. Here you can find the option to cancel your subscription.

For 12 month prepaid subscriptions, cancelling will not refund the remainder of your subscription, it will simply prevent it from auto-renewing.

No, Color Happy is not refundable. Once your card is charged your files are delivered immediately.

Log into your account and click on the "My Classes" link. This will take you to a page that lists all classes you have purchased.

If you purchase a class, it will be associated with your email address. You can contact us and we can move the class to the recipient's account. Or to make it easier, buy one of our gift cards.

For the Lettering & Doodling classes you don’t have to have an iPad. I always recommend starting with pen and paper. The iPad is another tool you can use. But the class can be done on either one.

Personal Use can be used in classrooms, for personal coloring pages, gifts, valentines, etc. 

Commercial Use must be purchased to use the font for anything business-related, for example: using the font on products, on anything you are going to sell, or on anything that promotes your business in any way (i.e. Instagram, personal blog).

Navidium Shipping Protection is a protection solution that helps cover your order in case it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know it's super frustrating to have something happen to your order, so we’re offering Navidium to add assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Navidium Shipping Protection can be added from the cart.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, simply reach out to us and we'll review your claim.

For packages marked delivered but aren't, we ask that you allow 5 business days from the delivery date for them to show up. Tracking is often marked as delivered a few days before it actually is.

For packages that are lost in transit, we ask that you wait 7 business days from the last tracking update to give your package time.

For damaged shipments, simply send us pictures of the shipping box and pictures of the damaged item. If the outer box is damaged but not the item(s) inside, we won't issue a refund/replacement.

Navidium doesn't cover shipments that are simply delayed outside the delivery window. Delivery windows (e.g. 4 - 7 business days) are general estimates and vary depending on your location.

For Navidium protected claims that are approved, you will be sent a replacement item. Refunds can be given upon request.
