Ordering and Billing

Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In addition, completed orders are listed on your account under my orders & subscriptions. Please review those items, as these terms apply to duplicate items as well.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Orders will appear as SP * RAD & HAPPY

For Color Happy you can log in to your account, click on My Color Happy, and then click Manage Subscription. For all other purchases, reach out to us and we'll send you an email with a link to update your payment info.

If you need to update your information on your account, please click on the account icon in the navigation bar. Please know order information cannot be edited once orders have been placed – this  includes email, shipping address, shipping service, and order contents.

Customers who live in the following states will have sales tax listed at checkout as a separate line item: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, and WY. These taxes are imposed by the state on the purchase of goods and services and are not limited to Rad & Happy. The applicable rate is set by each state respectively.

Please read all terms thoroughly before agreeing to purchase via the Preorder system. Once added to the Preorder list for a subscription (waitlist), you have agreed to purchase that particular item. Any cancellation of a Preordered item will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee, unless a different amount is stipulated in the terms of the agreement. All preorders are non-refundable. Discounts may not be applied to preorder items.

Your credit/debit card will be billed when you start your new subscription, then you will be billed on the 1st of each month for your recurring subscription between 4am and 8am CST.

If you placed multiple orders we are unable to combine them. The best solution is to reach out to customer service, have your orders cancelled, and place a new single order.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type and weight/size of order. Refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts. More shipping information can be found here.

Free shipping for all domestic orders of $79 and Canadian orders of $99. Free shipping applies to Economy shipping only. This excludes digital items and items with fixed shipping.

Though we use a variety of shipping methods, our two primary methods of shipping are United States Postal Service and DHL. The shipping method used for each order will be determined by several factors including the weight/size of your package, the type of package, and the shipping destination. Please review your shipping address on your order details to ensure all information is correct. For domestic orders with economy service, we can declare a package as lost or missing once it has been 30 days post shipment date. 

Please note that it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. International economy shipping service is experiencing transit and delivery delays due to Covid-19. Both shipping and customs processes are backlogged at this time. Because of this, we are not deeming orders lost in the normal 45 day period. We are asking for more time for these packages to make their way to you before declaring them lost.  If you never receive your package, we will absolutely honor our lost parcel policy. My Account

You will enter your email address and password by clicking on the account icon button in the top-right corner of the home page. "My Account" will appear once you are logged in.

Because we migrated Rad & Happy to a new website, your old account needs to be re-created on the new website. Once you create your account, your past digital purchases will link up so you'll still have access to Color Happy and Classes if you purchased them.

When we migrated Rad & Happy to a new website, we had everyone re-create their accounts. If you accidentally used a different email, you won't see your old purchases. Try creating your account with the email you used before.

If you are using an email provider like Outlook, Hotmail, or a school (.edu) or government provided email, our emails are likely being blocked as spam. Please add hey@radandhappy and tara@radandhappy.com to your safe sender list. If that doesn't work, send us an email and we'll reply with your activation link.

Color Happy

Log into your Rad & Happy account and click on My Color Happy.

iPhone/iPad on Safari:

- Tap on your Color Happy digital file.

- A popup will appear with the options "View" and "Download".

- Select "View". This will open the full-res image.

- Long-press and tap "Add to photos". The file is now stored in your photos app.

- If you pressed "Download" instead of "View", tap on the Safari downloads icon (circle with arrow pointing down). You will see the file listed there. Tap the file. It will open in your browser. Tap the Share icon (box with up arrow) in the bottom left corner. Scroll down and select "Save Image". The image is now stored in your photos app.

iPhone/iPad Chrome:

-Tap on your Color Happy digital file. It will open the full-res image in the browser.

- Long-press the image and select "Save Image". The image is now stored in your photos app.

On Android in Chrome:

- Tap on the coloring page. You will either see a popup asking you where you want to save the file, or it will automatically download to your downloads folder.

- Open the "Files" app on your phone or tablet and go to the "Downloads" folder. You should see the page in there.

Computer:

-Click on your Color Happy digital file. It will download automatically.

-Depending on your browser will depend on where your file will save. It usually will be saved to a “Downloads” folder.

-Click to open either PNG or PDF files. PDF works best for printing and coloring, PNG works best when you’re uploading to your iPad or tablet to digitally color.

At the moment we are not able to allow purchases as gifts. We are working to try to make this possible again.

We recently migrated our subscription to a new platform. This usually happens because your subscription was either associated with a different email address, or your email address was misspelled. Try creating an account with the correct email or contact us and we will get this squared away for you.

At this time gift cards are not able to be used for Color Happy purchases. We are hoping to make this available in the future.

Nope! The system will attempt to charge your card again in 24 hours. Once your card info is corrected and the charge goes through, you will receive your Color Happy files. Unfortunately, we are unable to force the charge to happen sooner. Note: after 4 (four) failed payment retry attempts, your subscription will be cancelled.

Pages may take a minute or two to show up in your account. Try a few refreshes and if after a few minutes you still don't see them, please contact us.

Yes! Feel free to print pages for your students. We only ask that you don't distribute the digital files to anyone else.

All current Color Happy subscribers get 5% off their order by using code: COLORHAPPY5.

Rad & Happy is not responsible for forgotten codes on orders placed.

Exclusions: cannot be used on Color Happy subscriptions.

How to use:

Make sure you're logged into your Rad & Happy account. Add the items you want to your cart. Enter the code COLORHAPPY5 at checkout.

To cancel your Color Happy subscription, log into your account and click on My Color Happy. From there, you can click on Manage Subscription. Here you can find the option to cancel your subscription.

No, Color Happy is not refundable. Once your card is charged your files are delivered immediately. The only time we honor refunds for Color Happy is if you requested a cancellation and then were charged again the next month. We will always honor your cancellation request when it is received.

Online Classes

Log into your account and click on the "My Classes" link. This will take you to a page that lists all classes you have purchased.

If you purchase a class, it will be associated with your email address. You can contact us and we can move the class to the recipient's account. Or to make it easier, buy one of our gift cards.

For the Lettering & Doodling classes you don’t have to have an iPad. I always recommend starting with pen and paper. The iPad is another tool you can use. But the class can be done on either one.

Fonts

How to Install Font on a Mac:

1. Double click on .ttf file

2. Click “Install Font” 

3. Restart any programs you want to use font in 

4. Use in any program you can type in 

5. Have fun!

Personal Use can be used in classrooms, for personal coloring pages, gifts, valentines, etc. 

Commercial Use must be purchased to use the font for anything business-related, for example: using the font on products, on anything you are going to sell, or on anything that promotes your business in any way (i.e. Instagram, personal blog).

We usually try to keep planners in stock year round, but Covid made that impossible. We expect new planners to arrive mid-August 2021.
