Awful. I sent an email requesting that my order be cancelled 4 days before my order was shipped. I didn’t get a response until the day ‘after’ my order was shipped. I went through the return process & was keeping track of my return’s route- it was delivered back two days ago, I sent a follow-up email yesterday on my return & refund, & I have still heard nothing back. I will not be returning to this shop in the near or distant future.
