So I am a firm believer that it is good for your mental well being to fill your life with beautiful things. That doesn’t mean expensive. Just little things here and there that make your insides all fuzzy and happy.
I think that if you find the little things that make your heart happy, it’s easier to focus on those and be grateful. And a grateful life is a happy life.
