I just wanted to share something with you since you're the reason I smiled a little today.. My son was recently diagnosed with Crohn's disease. He's been in pretty bad shape and was in the hospital. As a mom, you can understand the stress and anxiety that comes about when your kiddos are even just a little unhappy or feeling under the weather. So a hospital stay was extremely anxiety producing to say the least. I happened to bring some coloring pages with me. I can't tell you how rejuvenated we both felt after a quiet activity that we could do together and brought our stress level down. These are more than coloring pages. They are a way to help us feel calm when everyone and everything around you is in chaos. I originally subscribed to color happy for coloring pages for myself. I printed them off and then my daughter saw them and immediately took them. Next, my son wanted his own. Why the new name? It has always been my hope and dream that Color Happy would spark creative curiosity, confidence, and a love of creating. Coloring has always been at the heart of that. It’s where so many kids first feel like artists. And it still is! But after all this time, I am so stoked to add the next piece of the dream. A space where kids can keep growing as creators in whatever direction excites them.

That is why Color Happy is becoming Really Awesome Doodles. RAD is big enough to hold all of it! The coloring pages, you love, plus new ways to create alongside them. It’s full of the same goodness that’s always been there, just finally living up to its full vision.

FAQs

How do I update my Shop Pay payment method?

NOTE: FOR SHOP PAY CUSTOMERS ONLY

If you pay for Color Happy using Shop Pay, you'll need to update your payment method in the Shop Pay app or website.

Once logged into your account, you'll need to access your account settings. From there you should see any recurring payments. Click on Color Happy or click on View All to find it.

Once you find Color Happy, there should be an "Edit Payment Method" button. Enter your new card details and click "Update". You should be good to go.

My card was declined, did I miss this month's Color Happy?

Nope! You'll need to update your card. If you're using a credit card (not Shop Pay, for Shop Pay see our other FAQs), visit your profile and add a new card there. Your subscription will automatically update to use the new card.

The system will attempt to charge your card again in 24 hours. Once your card info is corrected and the charge goes through, you will receive your Color Happy files.

The system will automatically try to charge you every day until it fails 5 times, at which point your subscription will be cancelled. But don't worry! Even if that happens, you can simply re-purchase the subscription like you're a brand new customer and it will continue where you left off.

Shop Pay Instructions

From the Shop Pay website log into your account. Once logged in click your profile icon and go to Subscriptions. Find your subscription and click/tap on it.

You will see a button that says "Update Payment Method". Add your new card and click "Update".

You should be good to go now!

I updated my card but my payment is still failing, help!?

If you added a new payment method, your subscription should have updated automatically. But it's worth double checking that the old payment method isn't still selected:

Visit your subscription portal by logging into your Rad & Happy account. From there click "Manage subscription" in the menu. Then find your subscription, click/tap on it, and find the Payment Details section. If the wrong card is selected, click the edit button and click "Choose another payment method."

If your payment method is Shop Pay, you'll need to visit the Shop app (shop.app) and make sure your subscription is using the correct card.

Can I gift Color Happy?

Yes, you can purchase the Color Happy Gift here. You will receive an email with a coupon code. Forward that email to the gift recipient and they will be taken straight to checkout with free color happy ready to go.

How do I redeem a Color Happy gift I received?

To redeem a gift, you can click on the email that was forwarded to you. If you don't have the email, go to the Redeem product and add it to your cart. In checkout, enter your gift code in the promo code box.

Where do I find my coloring pages?

If you are a new subscriber, you'll need to create an account using the same email you purchased with. Once logged in, go to My Color Happy. It can take a few minutes after you purchase for your pages to show up.

How do I download coloring pages?

Don't right click and press save (on desktop) or long-press on mobile. To download, just click or tap once and it should initiate the download. On mobile devices you may get a pop up asking you to confirm the download.

If you right click or long press, you'll be downloading the thumbnail and it will be blurry when you open it.

Can I get the months prior to my subscription start?

When you sign up for Color Happy, you get the pages for the months you are charged. Subscribers can purchase past monthsas well.

I purchased this month's pages, but don't see them in my account.

Pages may take a minute or two to show up in your account. Try a few refreshes and if after a few minutes you still don't see them, please send an email to hey@radandhappy.com.

Is commercial use (classroom, events, etc.) okay?

Heck Yes! If you see kids really enjoying them and want to pass the word to their parents, I would crazy appreciate it. Also each teacher needs their own subscription. We only ask that you don't distribute the digital files to anyone else.

What is the cancelation policy?

To cancel your Color Happy subscription, log into your account and click on My Color Happy. From there, you can click on Manage Subscription. Here you can find the option to cancel your subscription.

For 12 month prepaid subscriptions, cancelling will not refund the remainder of your subscription, it will simply prevent it from auto-renewing.

Is Color Happy refundable?

No, Color Happy is not refundable. Once your card is charged your files are delivered immediately.

Refunds will only be given if you were double charged or some other error happened. We are not responsible for canceling your subscription, so reaching out to us isn't enough to get a refund if we don't cancel your subscription in time. You have full control over your subscription from your account.
